For Customers who bought the products from our online store directly only, this policy does not apply to the customers who bought products somewhere else, the distributors, the international buyers, the wholesalers, and the commercial buyers.
Westlake Clutch reserves the right to examine all parts returned to determine whether or not any such part has failed.
We will only accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days of the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be installed, disassembled, altered, or damaged by incorrect installation. A restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price will be charged for returned merchandise. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs that are included in the price of the part (designated by "Free shipping") are non-refundable. Special order items are not returnable.
If you have a warranty claim, the return must be pre-authorized to be inspected and must have a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) written on the outside of the box. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. All approved claims by either our engineering department or the part manufacturer will be honored, and we will reimburse you for the original purchase price plus the return shipping. All denied claims will be kept for 14 calendar days and then disposed of.
Refused Shipments: A restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged for refused shipments. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Westlake Clutch or our suppliers.
The Return Process
A copy of the original sales invoice must accompany ALL returns. You must call ahead to request a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) within 30 calendar days of date of receipt.
All authorized merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Westlake Clutch will not issue a refund on special orders or items over 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Absolutely NO return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of use, were installed or mounted.
Returns must be sent by with shipping prepaid and insured by you, the buyer. A refund, exchange, or core return will not be processed until all relevant items have been returned to Westlake Clutch. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Free Shipping offers (products that have the cost of shipping included in the price) will be refunded less the actual cost of shipping. All International customs entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer.
A copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number / Email address where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of the size and application of all parts before installation.

Please allow up to 30 calendar days to inspect, process the item back into stock, and issue the refund. All refunds will be issued the same way they were paid. Refunds can be applied as a store credit and may have more of a benefit to the purchaser. This can be discussed with your salesperson.
Terms & Condition for Return of Item(s)
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.
If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package. Have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. Contact us to let us know that a part was damaged upon delivery.
We are not responsible for installation errors or any labor, towing, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 calendar days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
